Protection of personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection as amended.

The operator of the e-shop does not provide the personal data of the buyer to a third party, except for the chosen transport company, which ensures the delivery of goods or services, or to state authorities in the event of an inspection, or to an intermediary based on a mutual agreement concluded in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll

The operator is obliged to secure personal data before making them available to unauthorized persons, by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures. Also, all employees of the operator are obliged to observe confidentiality in relation to personal data.

The person concerned has the rights defined in accordance with sec. § 19 et seq. Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended, namely:

• the right to information that is fulfilled by this content and terms of business,

• the right to request access to personal data concerning the person concerned - § 21 of the Act consists in your right to request in what way and for what purposes your data is processed, while you can address this request to the contact e-mail,

• the right to correct personal data - § 22 of the Act allows you to correct personal data if they are out of date,

• the right to erasure of personal data - § 23 of the Act, you can use it if you are not interested in the operator continuing to process personal data,

• the right to limit the processing of personal data - § 24 of the Act, you will apply if you believe that personal data has been processed in violation of the law,

• you have the right to object to the processing of personal data - § 27 of the Act, if you do not agree to the processing of your data,

• the right to portability of personal data,

• the right to submit an initiative to the supervisory authority in relation to processed personal data.

The operator receives the following personal data from the buyer: name, surname, address, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, which are processed for the purpose of correct processing of your order. This personal data is stored for 10 years for archiving purposes. As part of the processing of the order, personal data is processed for the purpose of issuing invoices, issuing warehouse (delivery) notes, ensuring transport as well as accounting.

The operator may also process the provided personal data through another intermediary. It is mainly a person ensuring the sending of bulk e-mail, or a postal or courier company ensuring the sending of postal items.

In certain situations, these pages can record your personal data in the scope of the completed form for ordering goods - name, surname, address, email, phone number. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and are also used to measure site traffic and customize the display of pages, and thanks to these files we can offer you functional and high-quality services. Therefore, we perceive these files as our legitimate interest. Some cookies are files of third parties, e.g. Google, Facebook and the like. You can delete cookies at any time or set their collection directly in the Internet browser settings. If you want to refuse the collection of cookies, set it in your internet browser.

If the buyer agreed to the processing of personal data in the e-shop for the purposes of e-mail marketing, he agreed to the sending of e-mail messages to the contact e-mail address.

Personal data for e-mail marketing purposes in the scope of first and last name, e-mail address are provided for a period of ten years from the time of the last order. These personal data are not provided to third parties. The buyer can revoke his consent at any time by sending a Revocation with the processing of personal data. Logging out is also possible by unchecking the box in the user's user account (if the buyer has requested the creation of a user account).
